Extruded discs - discs whose gelatinous centers leak out – are apt to be a bit scarier than disc bulges to their owners, but in a new study they regressed with conservative, non-surgical care! At about 17 months of care, 75% of extrusions completely resolved, 15% partially went away, and 10% did show any resolution. 90% did!
